Elf Bites

This is a fast and easy appetizer that is perfect for all your little holiday helpers!

* Chicken nuggets (frozen)

* ChefMel’s Vodka sauce

* Parmesan cheese (grated)

* Mozzarella cheese (grated)

* Chopped parsley

Place frozen chicken nuggets on a greased cookie sheet. Spoon vodka sauce over each individual chicken nugget and then top with Parmesan cheese and finish with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 375° for about 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and lightly golden brown. Pull from the oven and plate these little elf bites and top with parsley for color.
