HOLIDAY FOCACCIA

* Frozen yeast rolls

* Olive oil

* Parmesan cheese(grated)

* Mozzarella (shredded)

* Parsley

* Garlic powder

* Salt

* ChefMel’s sauce

Place frozen rolls on a large baking sheet lined with olive oil in the shape of a Christmas tree, about 1/2 inch apart. Let rise for 3-4 hours.

Drizzle olive oil over dough and massage dough down with finger tips. Maintain the Christmas tree shape.

Bake @ 350° for about 8 min and remove from oven.

Season with garlic powder and salt, cover with Parmesan and then top with mozzarella cheese. Finish with a generous amount of parsley to give a nice color to the tree.

Bake @ 350° until bread and cheese is a nice golden brown or lighter so that the bread can pull apart easily. Serve with your favorite ChefMel’s sauce to dip.
